Return Conditions
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be: Unused and in original condition/In the original packaging /Returned with proof of purchase. Some items (like opened personal care products or perishables) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at info@vitaminsmagic.com with: The reason for return /Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect) Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Do not send items back to the supplier directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
Order Cancellations
